For the past 4 years she has served as a Vermont farmers market manager, and is beginning the fifth season in 2026. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Production & Technology, Theater Set design, & Experimental Animation from the Evergreen State College in Olympia Wa.
Sarah loves to officiate weddings, write ceremonies of all kinds, reads tarot professionally, and hosts spa parties with her skincare line and Cannabis co.
Under Sarah’s Management, Shelburne Farmers has gained a stellar reputation, winning Seven Days awards as one of the best in state. It’s an exceptional food & arts event every Saturday, year round, and has become one of the largest and most famous markets in the state of Vermont. Two other small towns have asked Sarah to shape up their summer markets the same way, in Bristol and Vergennes.
Sarah is a lifelong artist & folk musician, who believes that Music and the Arts are sacred & magical. Sarah prioritizes high-quality music for the markets, recognizing that quality entertainment drives much longer customer attendance, and keeps vendors and customers interested in being part of our markets long-term. The Markets reputations have soared regionally largely due to the high quality music programs.
Sarah maintains strong relationships with vendors of all kinds, other farmers market managers, musicians, libraries, distilleries, brewers, prepared food makers, farmers, vintners, cannabis companies, health department officials, and downtown development organizations through the markets and her own businesses.
Siren Song was conceived upon noticing a gap between third space gathering places like Farmers Markets and their ability to pay for high-quality entertainment. Sarah recognizes that all situations are uplifted by the arts, good food, drink, art, and high quality entertainment, and Siren Song exists to equitably facilitate good times for all.
